The Ford Freestyle was launched as a Figo-based crossover, in India with a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine it was termed as a Compact Utility Vehicle. It came with rugged appearance with the help of body cladding, bumpers, blacked-out headlamps, and a new-design grille.
